As for royals doing high profile climate change stuff,
Pierre Casiraghi sailing Greta Thurnberg across the Atlantic so she doesn't have to fly to the UN Climate Action Summit > Harry barefoot at the Google Camp talking about plastic coffee stirrers.
So with all their blather about climate change etc. why did they not buy themselves a plot of land and build a 'green' house with say a few solar panels and a caged vertical wind turbine (doesn't kill the birds) and all sorts of energy saving features? Say what you like about Charles, when he talked about organic farming he didn't just preach, he walked the walk and showcased organic farming at Highgrove. |

We all love this planet, we all want to do something to help keep her healthy but the whole eco movement now just reeks with elitism and condescension.
The average person probably does more to be eco conscious than these two. We recycle, watch water usage, repurpose items, etc. If we could afford one, our next car would be a Tesla. What do they do but preach and fly private? The same with their posh celebrity friends. |

Charles may have switched to organic farming at Highgrove, but he’s not above using a helicopter where a car journey was perfectly feasible. Another case of “do as I say, don’t do as I do” to we plebs. |
