Last day in Lux

I really like this outfit on Q.Mathilde. Usually not fan of mustard/yellow clothing but the way it is mixed with blue shades, overall look is very eyecatching and elegant. It also looks warm and great for autumn.  I really enjoyed Mathilde's fashion choices for this visit  Smiley

I like it too. It's actually a good mix of colours, although I'm not a fan of the shape of the skirt.

And did anyone notice how approvingly Henri looks at Mathilde in the picture above?

Not to body shame Stephanie she definitely has a tummy now so why is she trying to belt her dresses? Just wear flow-y tunics and sack dresses with nice details and pretty jewels. Camilla has a tum tum too but knows how to pick clothes that still flatter her. I do love the makeup though it's been very good but with the higher style cosmetics it makes her depression stronger in contrast when the camera catches her staring off in the distance or being sad.

Because she's 35 and not over 70 like Camilla. It's hard for woman, especially one in the public eye, to adapt to not being model type. Steph clearly has not much idea about her body or is self conscious in any way about herself.

A lot of women think that wearing belts or buying a size smaller, will make them look thinner, though it's in fact the opposite.

Stephanie looks very pretty but also very sad. I think she has pretty severe depression.  Sad

Thought the same thing for it is in her eyes and the downcast glances that she gives.  I think it has been going on for quite a while now...you a person suffers from depression it is easy to notice in others!

Steph needs someone/something to lift her up. I don't think Gui is the right one for this.

She needs real friends to help her.

She has got 7 elder siblings, the youngest of them about 8 years her senior. Can't they see that something is not ok with her? I don't get it. I would move heaven and hell to help my little sister.

She's probably not that close to them due to the age gap.

I got the feeling that Mathilde felt symphathy for her and tried to help her.

For many years I have struggled (and still do) with mental issues, and the resulting effects. My older siblings have and are trying to help me, but in the end I will have to do it myself. Also as one of them described it I have to tear down my wall which prevents me to let them truly in. He relative recently confessed that he doesn't know anymore how to help me. He does his best, but has the feeling he doesn't get through to me. something similar can be the case with Stephanie.

My best wishes to you.

And yes, you are right, if help is offered but not accepted, the helper is powerless.

Thank you both.

Also besides being willing to be helped, you will have to do the most and the hardest work yourself.

I see your strength in having insight. You seem to have a great deal of knowledge about what you are going through and how others feel as well.  I see your strength in having insight. Wishing you well!  Hug
