They will.  Spain's Foreign Affairs Office has confirmed the official visit to Japan on 22 October for Naruhito's enthronement and posterior gala celebrations.  They will fly directly from Japan to Korea for the State visit, then back to Spain for the general election on the 10th November and immediately to Cuba for a first Spanish State visit to the island on the 11th.

I feel post Melania Trump who really made this "I just threw my superduper expensive coat over the shoulder" style prominent, "everyone" now wear the jacket over the shoulders. The jackets have sleeves for a reason....

After a few poor and expensive choices on Varela and CH, she is running out of money for new clothes on a state visit.

@ Larzen -  Máx was a coat hanger way before Melania arrived on the scene. And it's pretty obvious that the Euro royals, especially the queens consort, have eachother on speed dial fashionwise. Still it's not a good look :-)

That blue patterned dress looks nice IMO.

Looking forward to this trip - I've been in South Korea several times and it's a wonderful country. Totally different from Japan I must add.

I remember having seen a photo of Grand Duchess Charlotte of Luxemburg taken shortly after the end of WWII. She wore her fur jacket over her shoulders like today's royal ladies.

Yes, I feel like the DM and similar British and American outlets always do this, they claim Letizia/Máxima/whatever royal is finding inspiration in new British royal/Melania/MO/whomever is famous at the moment for something they've been doing since they were royals (like wear a tiara, wear black, wear a trench coat!!! mmm Ok, DM!!)

Great because I was looking for an expert   First question, do you know why they're wearing gloves at Seoul National Cemetery? I'm assuming because they touched some things that you are not supposed to touch with bare hands....(Photos to come)
