Unfortunately, Juliana was only allowed to have a taste of it. It was only her daughters and grandchildren who had the real opportunity to enjoy student life and get a degree (but still in some cases there is still doubt if they all earned their degree fair and square).

Queen Emma was pretty much the savior of the Dutch Royal family, thanks to her willingness to marry the old king William III.   She was also a very sensible, hardworking woman.  Raised a decent Queen in Wilhelmina.   Lots to admire about her.

As far as I know she was to appreciated by the Dutch people, also because her effort for the good causes. Due to her sisters suffering and death the battle against TBC had her interest and all.

Queen Juliana's first act as Queen was to present her mother with the Military Order of William, the oldest and highest honor of the Kingdom of The Netherlands, for her actions during the Second World War.
