I think that is the Yellow Drawing Room which is next to the Centre Room which is the one from which the Royals step on to the balcony.

Yes, it the DM, but there are a ton of marvelous pictures of BP, ala the ones that have been posted here.

I would like to note that they are painstaking in the care care of everything in the palace - and they are also very saftey conscious with their staff as well. Good to see.  Thumb up

The Blue Room of Buckingham Palace had originally been a red room. The red room had crimson curtains and wall hangings.   
Queen Mary, King George V's wife, had the red room changed to blue.
