Does Bea and Edo live at the Royal Lodge, or do they have a private property elsewhere?
I’ve read they live at St. James but I’ve also read they bought a house in the Cotswolds so I’m not sure. I think they are still based at St. James. The Cotswolds have been rumored for awhile, but would probably be a weekend retreat. |

 On another note, I know Andrew's lease on Royal Lodge can be assumed by his daughters or a wife (not ex wife, PTL) upon his death. Is there any provision for this assumption during his lifetime? I ask because - pure speculation on my part - it occurs that Bea and Edo might eventually like to relocate out of London, and would be good candidates to take over the lease. It probably would not happen until HM passes on, and again, it's only speculation on my part. But it would be one way of moving Andrew on, and he'd probably be most amenable to moving out if it was one of his daughters who would move in. |

Is it just me or is Beatrice & Edo really ramping up in the public eye? I feel like for years it was mostly radio silence about them and now suddenly in the last few months they're really present in the BRF. I can't help but wonder if they're gearing up to become working royals.

Agree with every word. The color is perfect on her. Best look ever on her. Simple, clean, elegant, and glamorous. Well, if they are working up to becoming working royals, they are doing it right, that's for sure. Edo seems to be the best thing that ever happened to her. |
