Second the question!
Because some of the pix show very bad fashion choices, but certainly not particularly ill-fitting, revealing clothes, that could possibly have been saved by better under garments or better tayloring.
Sarah's green dress above isn't a case of bad undergarments (it doesn't look like she wears any) but would much improve from the application of an iron.

I must admit that the dividing line is not entirely clear to myself either. Originally it was about outfits that were strange or strange, whether or not caused by poor fit or wrong underwear. Well, I will let it go here, that people at RD can give substance to it themselves
