I really like this head piece on Maxima.  It is "different" yet adds a classy and attractive decoration to the hair.  It would work with just about any dress, too.  Thumb up  ETA:  It would be easy for the rest of us to replicate, too:  just grab a suitable branch from the garden and spray it with gold paint!
