I wonder how much Steph is allowed to do. Between her MIL sucking all the attention and the worthy causes, and the government seemingly wanting the royals to have less prominent/less important/less attention grabbing positions, maybe the arts is one of the few places there's space for her.
This is a really good point! It really wouldn't surprise me if this was the case at all. It seems odd that Steph only seems to be involved in the arts and culture. I know she has an interest in it, but usually the hereditary consort has their fingers in several pies, so to speak.
