You can damage to your shoulder joint from an improperly given vaccine that was given too high. Perhaps she should see an orthopedist

It took me 10 days round the clock online checking to get an appointment for a vaccine. And when I say round the clock, I mean it literally. My daughter kept her computer on nonstop and refreshed the page continuously. And an appointment was only possible in our state because of a shady and theoretically rather unfair possibility to get the vaccine outside of the current priority group.
Biggest incentive? No, no $1.000000 chance, but the fact that you get your citizens rights back....

Fairy that is truly terrible. But I'm very glad you got an appointment.  Hug

Yes, i am too. I will tell you next week how we fared. The fairies will get Pfizer, Mr. Fairy and myself will try Moderna. So please stay tuned for a report on how we will cope..
I am immensely grateful that both my parents and the in-laws have already been fully vaccinated and I am so happy that the girls will be getting theirs as well. I am not too concerned about catching the virus, but the curfews, lockdowns and closed stores and venues are slowing wearing me down.
The two older fairies are both at college and they have had to test for Corvid almost on a daily basis to be able to get iinto the university libraries to continue their studies. All schooling is digital, but they are talking about letting students who can prove they either had the vaccine or enough antibodies (due to a Corvid infection in the past) back onto campus for lectures. I am glad, that should this come to pass, the fairies can take advantage of this.

Good you are getting the vaccine e, fairy. I heard the moderna can have some side effects, not a bad tho g but you just feel bad for a couple days.

I got the Pfizer and my first shot hurt and I felt tired and flu lime for 24 hours. Second shot nothing.

My almost 15 year old daughter will get her first shot next Wednesday.

My son . . . Is against vaccines now. Iím so confused. Heís also storing food for Armageddon.  Supercontent Confused

Iíve had both shots of Moderna. The first one wasnít so bad, headache for about ten days - in a spot Iíve never had a headache before, it was odd. My arm hurt pretty badly for about five days. Second one was worse - I got lost going to and from a very familiar set of cross streets picking up dinner, in retrospect, I probably shouldnít have been driving, very foggy. By the middle of the night, I had a 101.4 degree fever, my arm felt like a hot poker was being shoved into it, body aches, and for about a half hour, I could hear and feel my stomach gurgling, like something was traveling up and down and through my digestive system, wasnít hunger pangs. It was the strangest thing ever.

My fever was gone about 12 hours later, and with it, 70% of the arm pain. That was strange too, because normally with any shot, my arm will hurt for several days. A day after that, it only hurt to the touch. I was really run down for about three days after.

My mom just got it, and within days was hospitalized with colitis. Had that same gurgling I had. No one knows, but she thinks the shot triggered something with her. Sheís a chemo patient, and says Moderna hasnít been tested in chemo patients (?), and isnít sure sheís going for round two. She lives in a small town 75 miles from me, and was actually flown in by helicopter because she was so sick. She had COVID back in October, but any antibodies were probably killed by the chemo.

Pfizer I think as I'm under 40, but I'd literally take anything at this point. Mama needs a mini break!

Princess - I am much the same after my heart specialist said he wasn't having the vaccine until more is known. My respiratory specialist has said 'don't even think about it until we have the test results' which I won't have for another two weeks and then he will advise about first the flu vaccine and then about covid. He has had covid but had pfizer and won't recommend AZ to anyone.

Pfizer, baby! I'd have taken AZ, but at my age/health, they are leaning towards Pfizer.
