What has really diminished her appearance is her hair. That super-straight, center-parted style is too severe for anyone over 40.
It works for younger faces, but when you're over 40, you have wrinkles and the softness/roundness of the face diminishes. And if the person is thin, the face becomes gaunt too. Severe hairstyles magnify the facial features.
See the actresses Jennifer Connelly, Demi Moore, Brooke Shields - all of whom are sporting the long, straight hair that no longer suits them.

When you get older, you choose your face or your ass (according to Catherine Deneuve). Leti isn't thinner than before, but her thinness is now affecting her face. Her face looks gaunt. The roundness that was there when she was younger is disappearing - and will continue to do so unless she gains weight. Maybe she can't/won't do anything about that, but at least improve the hair. That's an easy one to fix.
