The 2020/2021 New Year's banquet and a levee were cancelled before Christmas due to the continuing spread of COVID-19, instead the Daisy held a small New Year’s levee for the Court Marshal and the Cabinet Secretary.

Daisy on Winter vacation in Trend
Queen Margrethe is taking her winter vacation at the Hunting Property in Trend this year, and from the needle forest in Vesthimmerland, the Queen sends a greeting:

- "The first signs of spring have begun to appear in the forest floor, on bushes and trees and in small and large gardens around the country. The Danish nature is something special, and we all have to look forward to it. In the past year, nature has been a free space for many of us, and we have experienced Denmark in a new way. In the coming time we must continue to live with restrictions, but in more than one sense we are facing brighter times.

Daisy & Frodo took part in the online meeting of Council of State
Together they attended an online meeting of Council of State. Daisy, accompanied by Fred, led the meeting from Christiansborg Castle. The ministers participated in the cabinet meeting virtually. This has never happened before in history and is due to the pandemic.

Daisy attended the Royal Life Guards' Parade 2021
The Royal Life Guards' Parade 2021 took place at the Life Guards' Barracks in Copenhagen and presented the "Queen's Clock" to one guard for his exceptional service. This year, the selected guard became Jeppe Nørhave Illum and he received the clock from her.
