I can't stop staring at the glass collection in the window. How beautifully set up to show off the reflective qualities of the glass.

I’m so with you, Paulina.  Love that sun-filled bay window area and all the different, pretty shades and shapes of glass just screams Spring!  Looks like a great place to sit in the sunshine, read, sip some tea/coffee and stare out that window.  Bet there’s a great view.

I was thinking the same thing. I also love the pictures hanging on the wall. The whole room looks cozy. Too bad only Marge looks comfortable. Well Fred and Isabella too a bit. I wonder if Vincent is artistic he seems to be focusing hard on his egg. I wonder if the queen looks at Fred's crew and wonders what went wrong or if she is resigned to this less cultured part of her family.

Easter greetings from the DRF

Wow, other than Josie in the one photo, the kids look like hostages.

Can’t blame them... who wants to hang out and paint eggs with their parents and grandmother?

Also, Christian needs to not be dressed in such tight pants with teenage hormones and all

I suspect the awkwardness might be due to them being photographed. Most of them look as if they are not used to being photographed for the public.

Being from a creative family, most of us would enjoy this, although some of my nephews have had phases with no interest in creativity at all. They have outgrown those phases, but just as likely might not have.

In Denmark, we have a Christmas ornament, a paper heart made from two pieces of paper. It takes a bit to learn how to make them. My brother once had his friends over, and for fun had paper, scissors and glue ready, to suggest they make the hearts. These grown up guys ended up completely immersed in making the hearts, caught up in the nostalgia of it.

I collect coloured glass but go for the more pastel tones... not yellow or orange but I have some pieces that include some of those tones... but that window is amazing and I would have it for sure ... oh well 😔

Yes, that room looks really comfortable. I have to say a number of the  Scandinavian houses have rooms that look elegant and comfortable.

This is so staged ... the kids have "the wrong age" for the activity, nobody covers the expensive chairs and there is a weird atmosphere, I think they tried and copy Dan and Viccan's home stories.

I don't disagree with most of what you said, but what do you mean by "wrong age"?

Also her figure. Honestly she just looks really good overall for an 80 year old chainsmoker.

I am the mom to three teenagers, they painted "funny eggs" to have a laugh ... but they would not seriously sit down with me, my husband and my mom and paint some "normal" eggs.

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I just saw these pics and Fred looks literally photoshoped there in the second one

I love that Mary has a fair bit of space and is centre focus of the photo, whilst Fred is hidden in a corner on the more squashed side. I know that 7 is an odd number so someone would be squashed somewhere, but I am not surprised that it is Mary centre stage for the photo op!

That whole window and the coloured glass collection is just
