I remember when it used to be fun to dish on Mary. She and Fred are so boring now, and really we barely see them. Even before Covid.
Kind of agree. Feels like royals in general have gotten a bit boring. They’re kind of at the no more weddings, babies, young, glamorous faces and clothes stage. Kids are growing up so not much excitement there. The older generation of monarchs are hanging in so no news there. Becoming the rag sheet of news - who’s had plastic surgery, who’s wearing the occasional nasty style/color. COVID has clamped down on the tiara and gown events and state visits so nothing good on that front. Deaths, like Prince Philip, remind us of past glories but times are changing and moving on.
