Mary has had some good looks over the years. This is just middle aged frumpy from the 1960s.

Fred & Mosh hosted a dinner marking the 100th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Denmark and Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania I don't care for the pattern of Mary's dress, or her hairstyle (that middle part! ugh!) but I'll take her look over the lady on the far left of the pic, second row up, who looks like she just rolled out of bed. Even "Fred's blonde" looks a bit untidy. At the very least, Mary looks clean and professional.

She certainly stands out in the crowd of dark colours. I don't care for the pattern though.

Please allow me to fill in a bit of info on the regular people in the picture: ‘Freds blonde’ is not his blonde, she is a democratically elected minister of foreign affairs like the others in first line except for Fred & Mary. The people in the next rows on the staircase are regular diplomats from the Baltic’s stationed in the embassies in Copenhagen. The price level in Denmark is much higher than the Baltic countries and being an employee in a ministry for foreign affairs often comes with obligations to accept being stationed out for 2-3 years then home in your country for 2-3 years in the ministry but often if inside the EU your salary when stationed out of your country will be no near your actual expenses. So I salute the woman who was brave enough to show up in her regular colorful clothing to safeguard the family budget instead of buying a new expensive dress because she had to meet our royals (royals that technically are on welfare and gets free designer clothes to wear) this took a lot of courage from this woman

I think it's a nice dress. As the only one in a full print she stands out, but would in nearly everything positioned center.
I find the navy, and plums most opted for made for a very nice picture of the group. Everyone looks very balanced in the photo.

I’m a fan of the dress as well. I feel like a lot of dresses we’ve seen on royal women in this style have that high prairie neck, so appreciate how this one is more normal. Looks nice and flowy for summer while still having some structure.

He is known to have an interest for a blonde (or two or ten) - there was no insult intended there. Except, perhaps, to Fred.

Are they at the football? Denmark are currently playing in the Euros in Copenhagen, so I expected to see them at the match.

Actually really horrible scenes at the Denmark game. Eriksen of Denmark has just collapsed on the pitch as is getting CPR. Heartbreaking.

They attended the game but no pictures especially after the tragic event.
