Sofia looks nice but her poor tiara will never be nice. I actually feel sorry for her but I know I’m alone in that thought.

I'm actually wondering if Sofia doesn't prefer her tiara and that's why it's been repeated so many times. It's clearly now that CP is the absolute favourite of CG's. CP and Sofia are shoe-horned into plenty of events they shouldn't be, and I just can't imagine Sofia being denied to a new tiara if she really wanted one.

Queen Sofia always wore the fleur-de-lis tiara so well as she has big hair. I agree with Aubiette that it looks too big on her head, though I think the carrier loop one does too. While she's in Sweden maybe she can meet the SRF ladies' hairstylist for some tiara hair tips?

In the photo of Hoefia on her own seated at the table, it looks like she's silently asking for help to get out of there. These occasions must be so out of her depth, she always seems to have the "deer caught in headlights" look at such events. And if wouldn't be surprised if she preferred her own tiara compared to the rest of the royal collection: they're both tacky and cheap.

Why oh why are Carl Syphilis and Snakey present?  Huh?

There seems to be completely no need for them. Or do they want to promote this couple as a kind of back up / helpers. Just like Princess Margriet and hubby seemed to be for her elder sister (then) Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands.

I think they are always inviting them because KG still wishes that Carly would be in Vikkan's place, and the Snakey's are coming because they want to meet other royalty, but also something tells me that Snake likes to collect foreign orders.

Per the Spanish court:

Her Majesty Queen Silvia of Sweden:
Royal Decree 1010/2021, of November 16, by which the Grand Cross of the Royal and Distinguished Spanish Order of Charles III is awarded to
https://www.boe.es/boe/di...2021/11/...2021-18858.pdf

Princess Victoria of the Kingdom of Sweden:
Royal Decree 1011/2021, of November 16, by which the Grand Cross of the Order of Isabella the Catholic is awarded to Her Royal Highness,
https://www.boe.es/boe/di...2021/11/...2021-18859.pdf

Prince Daniel of the Kingdom of Sweden:
Royal Decree 1013/2021, of November 16, which the Grand Cross of the Order of Civil Merit is awarded to His Royal Highness,
https://www.boe.es/boe/di...2021/11/...2021-18861.pdf

Prince Carl Philip of the Kingdom of Sweden:
Royal Decree 1014/2021, of November 16, by which the Grand Cross of the Order of Civil Merit is awarded to His Royal Highness,
https://www.boe.es/boe/di...2021/11/...2021-18862.pdf

Princess Sofia of the Kingdom of Sweden:
Royal Decree 1015/2021, of November 16, by which the Grand Cross of the Order of Civil Merit is awarded to Her Royal Highness,
https://www.boe.es/boe/di...2021/11/...2021-18863.pdf

The hierarchy for the orders above

1. Order of the Golden Fleece (1430)
2. Order of Charles III (1771)
3. Order of Isabella the Catholic (1815)
4. Order of Civil Merit (1926)

I think you only get orders when you are physically present at a state visit.

I think CP also drags her along, even if it's to events that she's not suited for. I feel like having her close makes him feel more comfortable.

I'm so happy to see the cameo tiara again  Supercontent  Jumping
Silvia's attire looks great and so queen-ly. Its something different from her usual style and I think it suits her perfectly. The colors work well with her skin tone and look good with her tiara. Very regal and eye-catching look.

Victoria's floral dress looked lovely. I liked it better last time when she wore it with her hair down. Now her usual flat hairstyle didn't seem to go together with romantic style of this gown. Couldn't help but notice that she seemed to have trouble walking with her long gown, which was a little surprising because she must have been used by now with those long gowns and should be able to handle them like an expert.

I guess its good Victoria didn't choose to wear that H&M gown she wore for the photoshoot considering what Letizia wore Wink I think Letizia looked good. Big skirt was such a nice surprise and balanced better her big tiara than those sleek gowns. Also dark blue looked good on photos. However her bare arms looked out of place, made me feel cold. And it's kinda sad to see how frozen Letizia's and Victoria's faces have become  Crap

I guess I had very low expectations for Sofia because I was quite nicely surprised by her apprearance. Firstly no "big guns" tiara for Sssss. Secondly her sleek dress looked good on her and white worked well with the blue sash. Only her curtain hairstyle looked outdated. Like someone said three ladies with central parting...that's overkill!

Overall, its great to see those state visits happening again. More of this, please!!!

Silvia looks like she is eyeing Leti in some of these photos like "lemme get you the name of a good tiara hair specialist because what you have now is not working"

Hoefia looks scrubbed up but is it just me or does she also look rather packed into that dress and somewhat pitched forward or to the side in all these photos like she has so much compression going on she can't actually stand up entirely straight? I never understood why you WOULDNT want to wear a big voluminous ball gown to something like this where you would have space to expand a little if needed.

Leti does look good in that dress but is packing major guns. Not that thats a bad thing just, maybe put them away in winter Stockholm Smiley

I swear CP&S are only round at these things to balance out the photo with V&D.

I'm into Sil and Victorias looks head to toe.

I appreciate the effort for Leti but it didn't work.  The tiara is comically big and the dress skirt modifications just isn't quite right.

And honestly Sophia even in the only bright white gown, fades to background against the sea of ball gowns.

I have to say I love Vic’s outfit during this state visit and I hope she continues with this kind of style cause it suits her so much more.
