MM looks really good. The dress suits her.

This is the same that Kate and Bea wore in green isn't it?

I think you might be right K!

I wish MM would invest in some quality undergarments.

It's from the Vampire's Wife label; I like it a lot more in this blue than in the green Kate and Bea wore.  And yes...some good foundational garments would not go amiss with MM!

Great look to go with the great smile.  Do agree, like the dark navy blue better.  She has lost weight but it looks good on her, just hopefully not because of her health condition.

Her hair looks dead instead of healthy and shiny. I wish she'd return to her natural shade of blonde, there was nothing wrong with her hair on her wedding day.

That was also not her natural hair color. She is a natural  light brunette.

She lost a relative in that attack, correct?  Can't believe it's been ten years already.  I hope those survivors are finding peace and healing.

Yes, her step-brother was a security guard at the camp and one of the first victims.

I was in San Sebastián with my kids at the time and was horrified.

Sadly, this kind of thing has been becoming common where I live US. Local news is all about the workplace shooting in San Jose, CA.

One thing I love about Norway and most of Europe is how safe it feels.

Good the cp couple is meeting like this. The patio is gorgeous.

This was really neat of them to host these survivors at their home, and I can imagine the extra empathy MM can provide was very poignant and meaningful.

On a very trivial side note I am surprised to see what looks like a palm tree on their patio?  That seems like it would be difficult to keep alive in a cooler climate!

Also MM's hair looks lovely, and that blouse is flattering.

But mostly this is just a well done visit and I'm glad it was highlighted.

I am pretty convinced that they have a hothouse to hibernate all those potted plants, that don't survive a winter outside. It is pretty common for people to have some summer plants hibernating in cool unused areas of the house, some nurseries even offer to host them at outragious prices only possible for royals or corperations (eg hotels, restaurants with outdoor spaces etc)...
The palmtree however is rather simple, it can do cold rather well, to the extent that it can stay outside, wrapped up in burlap, bubble-wrap and in a quiet, mild, out of the wind corner of the terrasse...

Thanks for taking the time to explain this!  I really was curious and I appreciate it!

Positive: If she really supports meetings/events/causes etc she is doing a fantastic job. She looks very professional here and shows that she could be a fantastic queen.

Downfall: That hardly ever happens. So you just get a glimpse of what could be, like Scrooge of Christmas. Most of the time she is missing or turns up wearing totally unsuitable clothes and having that smug expression in her face.
