Good King Phil joined the cycle tour to Pont Neuf in Louvain-la-Neuve to mark the start of the academic year at the Université catholique de Louvain and celebrate their 50th anniversary

YES!  And they are meaningful events, not vanity projects, chances just to dress fancy, 100 variations on the same theme, etc. 

I always get a little flare of happiness when I see their topic on the unread posts thread!

And they are out and about again! Phil and Til are meeting with representatives of the Belgian Red Cross and armed forces in Liege to recognise their hard work during the recent devastating floods

Good King Phil paid a visit to rehabilitation organisation To Walk Again (TWA)

I like how Phil automatically and IMO quite paternally grabbed the hand that the boy had flung out not for support (he has that on his other side from trusted trainers) but for balance. It seemed a very unconscious yet fatherly thing for Phil. And I like him for it...

Exactly!  And his whole body is attuned to the boy; he's not subconsciously angling away like he feels awkward or worse is uncomfortable.
