Prince Charles-Philippe Marie Louis of Orléans, Duke of Anjou (French: Charles Philippe Marie Louis d'Orléans) (March 1973) is a French prince and member of the House of Orléans.

He is the elder of two sons of Prince Michel d'Orléans, Count of Évreux, and his 1st wife Béatrice Pasquier de Franclieu.

Also he is the younger brother of before mentioned Princess Clothilde and Princess Adelaide.

On 21 June 2008, Charles-Philippe married Diana Álvares Pereira de Melo, 11th Duchess of Cadaval. The ceremony took place in the Cathedral of Évora. Both husband and wife are Capetians, descending in unbroken male line from King Robert II of France (972-1031), Charles-Philippe through the elder son, King Henry I of France, via the cadet branch of the House of Bourbon-Orléans, and Diana from his younger son Robert I, Duke of Burgundy through the royal (though illegitimate) Portuguese branch of the House of Braganza. The couple are also fifth cousins once-removed through shared descent from King Francis I of the Two Sicilies.

The wedding dress was designed by Carolina Herrera. The tiara is apparently from the Cadaval family

At what point do the French and other relics of centuries ago finally give up on “HRH” and Prince and Princess..... !?

It's so absurd but not going to lie, I love that they have fancy weddings with tiaras for us at least.

Philip Robin of Hesse (17 September 1970) is the 4th and youngest child of Moritz, Landgrave of Hesse (6 August 1926 – 23 May 2013) and Princess Tatiana of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg.

Prince Philipp  married Laetitia Bechtolf at Schloss Panker, Germany, on 10 June 2006.

The bride wore a Monique Lhuillier dress

Quite a unique looking tiara. It looks similar to what Alex Miller wore when she wed Alex Von F. Same tiara?

There are more "ears of wheat tiara's", the Dutch royals also have one.

Kelly Jeanne Rondestvedt (10 January 1975) is an American investment banker. Her father, Captain Christian Robert Rondestvedt, is a retired pilot in the United States Navy and her mother, Cheryl Ann Forbes, is a former middle school teacher.

Hubertus Michael, Hereditary Prince of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha (16 September 1975), the heir-apparent to the Headship. Son of Carin Dabelstein (16 July 1946) and Andreas, Prince of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, Duke of Saxony (21 March 1943).

They married civilly on 21 May 2009 in Coburg and religiously on 23 May 2009 at Callenberg Castle.

The bride wore a white tulle dress, with wide skirt, and a lace top and small jacket, embroidered with gold daisies. The hair was put up in a knot, with small flower jewels in it. A long white lace veil was placed on top of the knot. Around her neck the bride wore a necklace of diamonds, a wedding gift from Prince Leopold, Duke of Albany to his bride Princess Helena zu Waldeck und Pyrmont.

For now I couldn't pin point the designer of the wedding dress

Eilika Duchess of Oldenburg (22 August 1972) is a daughter of Johann Duke of Oldenburg (b. 1940) and his wife Ilka Countess of Ortenburg (b.1942). Her father is a younger son of Nikolaus, Hereditary Grand Duke of Oldenburg and his wife, Princess Helena of Waldeck and Pyrmont, while her mother is the third child of Count Alfred of Ortenburg (1906-1970) and his wife, Jutta von Lücken (1906-1991).

Georg von Habsburg (16 December 1964) is a Hungarian diplomat.Born in Germany as Paul Georg Maria Joseph Dominikus, he is the second son, and seventh and youngest child of Otto von Habsburg, the last Crown Prince of Austria-Hungary, and his wife Regina. His father, heir of Charles I and IV, last monarch of Austria-Hungary, renounced all claims to the Austrian throne in 1961.

The couple married on 18 October 1997 in Budapest, Hungary, contracting, unlike Georg's elder brother Karl in 1993, a dynastic marriage according to the former Habsburg house laws. His wife remained Lutheran.

I have been searching for longer, but I haven't found the designer of the wedding dress yet.

Flowing and large – the bridal gown was made of soft white silk. The gown was made with ¾ length sleeves, ending at the elbow. The neckline was a soft and shallow V-shape. The bodice consisted of a “Princess” waist, which lead to a pleated and rather full, bell shaped skirt. The bridal train was attached at the waist and was around 3 meters long.

Duchess Rixa Marie-Alix Kira Altburg of Oldenburg (17 September 1970), the eldest daughter and 2nd child of Duke Friedrich August of Oldenburg (11 January 1936 – 9 July 2017) and his first wife Princess Marie Cécile of Prussia. She  married Dutch Stephan Sanders ( 27 March 1964) at Hamburg on 13 October 2012

(Marie-Cécile and Friedrich August divorced on 23 November 1989. On 9 February 1991, Friedrich August was remarried to Donata Countess of Castell-Rüdenhausen in Rüdenhausen, Germany. She was the widow of Marie-Cécile's deceased brother, Prince Louis Ferdinand of Prussia. )

She was given away by her brother, Duke Paul as her father did not attend the wedding. Rixa, designed her own wedding dress.

Apparently there are more family members who didn't attend this wedding. It seems there is a big family dispute about her father's second marriage

Princess Birgitta of Sweden (Birgitta Ingeborg Alice)(19 January 1937), is the second child and daughter of Prince Gustaf Adolf, Duke of Västerbotten and Princess Sibylla of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha. Her sisters are Princess Margaretha, Mrs. Ambler, Princess Désirée, Baroness Silfverschiöld, and Princess Christina, Mrs. Magnuson. She is a first cousin of Queen Margrethe II of Denmark. Among her sisters she alone married a man of princely status, and, in keeping with the tradition that princesses who marry princes retain their royal status, Princess Birgitta retained her Swedish style of Royal Highness, a higher treatment than that of Serene Highness, to which the Princes of Hohenzollern and their wives were historically entitled.

Prince Johann Georg of Hohenzollern (Johann Georg Carl Leopold Eitel-Friedrich Meinrad Maria Hubertus Michael)(31 July 1932 – 2 March 2016) was the sixth child of Frederick, Prince of Hohenzollern (30 August 1891 –  6 February 1965) and his wife Princess Margarete Karola of Saxony (24 January 1900 – 16 October 1962).

Princess Birgitta of Sweden & Prince Johann Georg of Hohenzollern - May 25 & 30, 1961

The pretty princess was said to have rejected a proposal from the Shah of Iran, who was on the hunt for a third wife, before accepting one from Prince Johann Georg. Birgitta and Hansi, as he is known, met while she was in Germany to polish her language skills and married in two ceremonies: one royal wedding for Sweden, and one for Germany.

First came the civil ceremony, held at the Royal Palace in Stockholm with all the trappings of a regular one day royal wedding. Birgitta wore her wedding gown, a creation in thick pale ivory silk duchesse with a wide neckline, three-quarter sleeves, and a slim waist above a full skirt and a train of around 4 meters. The simple dress was made by Märtaskolan, a dressmaking school that also produced couture creations. In Sweden, Birgitta wore the Cameo Tiara, becoming the first in the line of modern Swedish brides that have used the interesting diadem as a bridal tiara. She paired this with a simple but voluminous tulle veil.

For the religious ceremony, held in accordance with the strict Catholic beliefs of the groom's family, the festivities shifted to Germany. Birgitta brought her wedding gown and veil with her - though transferring a bridal ensemble proved to be a stressful affair, as her petticoat was forgotten in Sweden and had to be rushed to her in time for the wedding. She switched to a Hohenzollern tradition for her diadem, wearing the family's bridal crown.

Princess Désirée Elisabeth Sibylla of Sweden (2 June 1938) is the third child and daughter of Prince Gustaf Adolf, Duke of Västerbotten, and Princess Sibylla of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha

Baron Nils-August Otto Carl Niclas Silfverschiöld, (31 May 1934 – 11 April 2017), son of Baron Carl Silfverschiöld and wife Madeleine Bennich

Princess Désirée of Sweden & Baron Niclas Silfverschiöld - June 5, 1964

Next to marry was Princess Désirée, whose beau was a member of the Swedish nobility. They wed in Stockholm Cathedral Interestingly, Désirée's wedding dress was in fact a repeat: she wore her sister Birgitta's gown (made by Märtaskolan, a dressmaking school that also produced couture creations.).She too wore the Cameo Tiara, but added a second family tradition in the form of Queen Sofia's lace veil, which has been worn by multiple Swedish royal brides. She wore the precious lace veil under another layer of veil, in simple tulle.

Princess Margaretha Désirée Victoria of Sweden (31 October 1934) is a Swedish princess, the eldest sister of King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden and also first cousin of Queen Margrethe II of Denmark.Margaretha was born on 31 October 1934 at Haga Palace in Haga Park, Stockholm as the first child of Prince Gustaf Adolf, Duke of Västerbotten and his wife Princess Sibylla of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha.

John Kenneth Ambler (6 June 1924 – 31 May 2008) was a British businessman. His parents were Captain Charles Ambler (1896–1954) and Louise Gwendolen Cullen (1895–1980).

Princess Margaretha of Sweden & John Ambler - June 30, 1964

Princess Margaretha was the oldest of the four Haga princesses, but the third to marry - though according to reports, she had an earlier opportunity that wasn't destined to be. Her romance with Scottish aristocrat, pianist, and writer Robin Douglas-Home gathered plenty of press, but a reported proposal was shot down by Margaretha's family, chief among them her mother Princess Sibylla and her grandfather, King Gustaf VI Adolf. Douglas-Home said the Bernadottes looked down on his non-royal blood, though other perspectives dispute that (a book written by the princess' nanny said the proposal wasn't accepted because Margaretha didn't want to marry him). And indeed, when she did marry, it was to another British man, this time without the aristocratic connection.

Margaretha married businessman John Ambler at the end of June 1964, following her sister Princess Désirée's wedding at the beginning of that same month. In contrast to Désirée's royal wedding at Stockholm's grand cathedral, Margaretha's wedding was small by design, a quaint (by royal standards) Swedish summer wedding held at the Gärdslösa church on the island of Öland. She did not continue her sisters' tradition of wearing the same wedding gown by Märtaskolan, but the couture shop and school plays a roll in her wedding dress as well - Margaretha actually studied dressmaking at the school. She opted for an even simpler silk design, with a straight silhouette, short train, and long sleeves.

The simple dress was practically a requirement, given her chosen accessories. Like Désirée, she wore the lace family wedding veil from Queen Sofia, but instead of a family tiara, she wore the bridal crown belonging to the church she married in, perched atop a myrtle wreath. Bridal crowns are traditional, and occur in various forms in different cultures, but the height and size of this crown makes quite the statement.

Princess Christina Louise Helena of Sweden (3 August 1943) is the youngest of four older sisters of King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden. Christina was born at Haga Palace outside Stockholm as the fourth child and youngest daughter of Prince Gustaf Adolf, Duke of Västerbotten, and Princess Sibylla of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha.

Tord Gösta Magnuson (7 April 1941) is a Swedish business executive and the consul general for Mauritius. Magnuson is the son of Lennart Magnuson (MSE) and his wife Gerda (born Klemming), the grandson of the Swedish chemist Gunnar Magnuson and great-grandson of Swedish politician Tord Magnuson.

Princess Christina of Sweden & Tord Magnuson - June 15, 1974

Ten years passed before the wedding of the last and youngest Haga sister. Much had changed since the weddings of Princess Christina's older sisters; their mother, Princess Sibylla, passed away in 1972, and their grandfather, King Gustaf Adolf, passed away in 1973, leaving their little brother as king.

Princess Christina married Tord Magnuson in the Royal Chapel at the Royal Palace in Stockholm (the same location where we'll see her goddaughter Princess Madeleine marry soon). As with her sisters, she wore a gown from Märtaskolan, but hers was the last of its sort to be made there, and it closed not long after. The white silk crepe gown seems easy to date to 1974, with its wrap-style top and v-neck, bell sleeves, and bands accenting the waist and the slim skirt. The gown also included an attached train.

She too wore Queen Sofia's lace veil, but varied from all her sisters in her choice of headgear: she wore the Connaught Tiara. The tiara was one of Princess Sibylla's favorites (so much so that it has been referred to as "Princess Sibylla's tiara"), so its selection could be seen as a tribute, due to her relatively recent passing

Principessa, a million  Star to you for all these excellent posts.

I like the story of the Hagasessorna's dresses. I think it's a nice touch to have your wedding dress, which will be seen by millions, created by a specific school or college, as opposed to a world-famous designer who hardly needs more exposure.
