The blouse is a recycle from several years ago. I like the fresh colors of pink + white. Recently she has been hitting the color combination right, not necessary the style, too 80s.
She needs to find a flattering eyebrow shape, the currently one is too thick and arc height is too high. Whoever did it was absolutely excessive and  horrible.

Really awkward sleeve length on that blouse. She looks like a teenager who is growing out of it. I don't think cuffs on three-quarter length sleeves work very well.

I LOVE her earrings. But I hate loose hair with full length dresses (or skirts).  I think it’s too casual.

Agreed on the earrings - she’s had a few engagements that she’s worn some nice ones lately and it seems like she doesn’t wear earrings that often.

This looks like a daytime formal event. Men in morning suits, and Leti having the tricky problem of finding a formal daytime dress.
I thought Pascua Militar was the only formal daytime event they had in Spain.

Anyway, for this reception she wore a business top with a floor length skirt. It's passable, but the top isn't dressy enough for a formal event.
She should've just worn one of her Pascua Militar outfits.

Formal long day wear without a hat is a bit of a difficult dess code, and I dont think Letiza manages it very well and never has with the exception of the first two years with Caprile outfits It is way to often a dayoutfit/suit but with a long skirt, limp hair and no formal jewellery. I think this needs a litle more formality to match her husband in uniform or this formal day suit (dont remember what you call it)

I quite like the blue long tuxedo style dress by Varela except for a little too high slit. In general Varela had been a disaster for the two New Year day-time formal events for a decade. I think Leti needs to buy a whole set since she doesn't seem to know how to combine clothes appropriately.

Yes it was Ok, but she did give it some help with an updo and sapphire and diamond earrings. Theese jewellery she got for her engagement she hardly ever wears, would be a good starter set for Leonor when she turns 18
