Sophie has a necklace with charms of the first letters of her husband and children's names

Maxima has several such items:

A gold link bracelet with colored gemstones. For her fortieth birthday, Máxima received a gold bracelet with links and colored gemstones from her husband and daughters. The colors of the stones refer to the birth months of her family members. The corresponding names are engraved under the stone.

TBH I hate it when people mix different styles in jewelry like Maxima does.

This gold chainlink necklace features three dangling charms engraved with the letters "C", "G," and "L." The initials are an ode to the duchess' three children—Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis

The necklace was a gift from her sister, Pippa, following the birth of Prince George in 2013. It has three charms hanging on a loose gold chain and bears engravings for Kate's two Princes. A disc is engraved with her baby Prince George's full name, George Alexander Louis, and a heart-shaped charm is inscribed with the letter 'W' for husband William.

While Meghan's features two dog tags—one for Harry and one for Archie—fans of the look can shop singular initials. The 14-karat-gold necklace is adorned with a diamond and is surprisingly affordable, retailing at just $250 for one dog tag initial.

Kate paid tribute to her children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, while announcing the Royal Foundation Center for Early Childhood. She wore a Daniella Draper Gold Midnight Moon necklace with a pendant featuring the initials “G,” “C” and “L.” Kate first debuted her Gold Midnight Moon necklace over a black turtleneck during a visit to Cardiff, Wales. She was there to promote her Early Years campaign’s “5 big questions on the under 5s” survey.

During a tour of Scotland, Kate debuted a $495 Daniella Draper gold chain-link “Alphabet necklace,” with dangling charms featuring the letters “G,” “C” and “L” for her kids.

It does and it just seems braggy, kind of "look at me and my wealth".
