When I saw that dress of Maxima's, all I could think of was a certain outlet store in California's Carmel Valley. There's a necktie factory in nearby Salinas and the store sells off-cuts of the necktie fabric. A lot of us quilters have bought bags of necktie scraps and used them in a variety of projects. Looks like some of the same scraps found their way to The Netherlands . . . .
Ah, that's perfect! I was thinking TV test pattern, but now all I see is men's neckties.

This one needs to be made into a quilt and never be worn again.
Emeralds are my favorite stone, so for me to say they don't look good... the earrings look cheap and don't go. She's heading into Queen Sofia territory with the layers of jewelry. Too much of everything.
