I thought Mandarin clasped at the neck. This dress doesn’t give that closure option. But whatever it is, it’s nice.

A mandarin collar does clasp at the neck. This is a keyhole collar/neckline. My wedding gown had one but it was a little deeper.

I really like that they rode the tube.

Me too - I wonder if when you are royal, taking the train or tube is as exciting as it would be for a normal person to ride in a limo?

There were so many videos of Kate talking to the crowds today. She’s really very sweet. One asked her if Louis was going to behave and she laughed and said she hoped so but you never quite know at that age. Also interviews of people who met her and got selfies. All very charming.

That’s adorable and I love getting a pretty detailed story on what people have been saying the past couple of years: That Kate has become really good at chatting with people at walk abouts.
