Let's hope they stop using helicopters frequently for private transportation, otherwise taking the train for a public act looked more like a show  .

I don’t know anyone (man) who wears an undershirt but plenty of women who wears stockings during the winter at least.

My younger brother wears undershirts but only since he moved to Japan a decade ago. I’ve never asked him if he is doing this out of deference to local custom, or just to make his chest hair less apparent! Could be both I suppose.

Actually most men I know wear undershirts, esp in cooler weather to keep warmer and in hotter weather so that sweat doesn't show quite as quickly. Esp. now that many companies have eschewed the dreaded tie and men can open their collar a bit more - you extremely often see a T crew neck peeking thru...

Yeah - and tights can hide a lot of winter hirsuteness!
