I hate Elisabeth's dress. Looks like a long poncho.
I shopped online and found a better red dress for her: https://www.nordstrom.com...oncolor=Red&color=603

Is the Princess Napoleon pregnant?

At first I was wondering if it was one of her sisters, but it seems to be her indeed. And yes, she looks pregnant

Interesting that  Maria Laura wore her mothers tiara, whilst Elisbetta borrowed from Queen Paola. The faith of that tiara is still vey much unclear, if Paola will gift it to the main branch or to her daughter.

I like her dress, finally not another Grace/Kate-Lace copy dress. I love Vivienne Westwood dresses, they are very flattering on women who are as thin as Maria Laura, gives her som shape. The train is to much for her though, a smaller one like Kate would be more balanced. I wish Kate would wear Vivienne Westwood dresses or suits now and them, she is also very thin and would suit them alot I think.

The weddingphotos are awful.

Also incredible that the pretty Princess Elizabeth managed to find such and unflattering dress.

Personnally I also like the dress, because of its simple forms.

Apparently ML had a bit difficult moment on the stairs to the cathedral, see the video in the next link: https://www.vrt.be/vrtnws...ses-maria-laura-getrouwd/

".....The tiara Laura wore is not an unknown piece of jewelry. Princess Astrid received the jewel from Margherita of Savoy-Aosta, Prince Lorenz's mother, at their marriage in 1984. Margherita died in January at the age of 91. According to fashion blogger Jelka Van Duyse, the lace veil that was attached to the tiara comes from grandmother Queen Paola....."

Claire didn't wear her hat on the way into church so I had no idea how huge it was. It's like she has a beach parasol on her head

It's a very awkward photo. Paola isn't even looking at the camera

I quite liked the idea of the bridesmaids wearing those summerly floaty slightly "house on the prairy" dresses.
Too bad that one lady did not get the memo, or decided she didn't quite like those bohemian dresses.
I would have carried that theme over to the flower girls, IMo they contrasted too much to the BM's.
The veil was way too big, the bride isn't marrying the prince of Wales (as we say here, when a brides goes overboard with the princess-items) and not only it swallowed her, it was incredible plain and looked like a bed-sheet when the BM's carried it over the stairs.

The more I see of the train the more I agree! - wonder who talked her into having that super long train that (IMO) spoiled, what could have been a unique dress.

I quite like the dress, just because it was rather simple and plain. But the long train was a bad choice. In the family pictures it lays wrinkeled and frumpy. With a less long train it could have been positioned very nicely in the pictures and such. Also indeed it looks like the dress overwhelmes the bride, but IMO it would be much less if the train was less severe/large.

Also I think I would have preferred another hairdo with that tiara and veil. For example a higher updo, she had one during the civil wedding.

Hands down the worst group shot from a royal wedding I've ever seen.  It looks like a cast reunion picture for a long-running children's show, if that makes sense.  I don't know why, but that's the first thing I thought of when I saw it.  Also it looks like they hired the infamous Belgian photographer from a few months ago who had no idea how to space the people in the shot so the picture is lopsided.

I was surprised to see that this was a new dress, because it looks like it's a hand-me-down from Til.  And as much as I love Elisabeth, that's not a compliment in this case.  Oh well; she's young and finding her feet; I think we'll see hits and misses all over the place from her for a while!
