That's a jarring bit of plaid to see; it looks like a cross and in some angles like an upside down cross!   

Will be eager to see the full outfit; I assume it's new as I can't recall her wearing something similar before.

Glad she rewore a suit for her arrival!!  Is this green coat new or a rewear?  Possibly a rework, since I don't recall a waistband with side buttons but the rest of the coat looks familiar.
