July 19Joachim and Marie rejoice after the golden dealFor Prince Joachim and Princess Marie, it is nice to have sold the house in Klampenborg before they embark on their US adventure very soon. The buyer of the former royal residence at Øresund has a significant profile in the insurance industry.

Prince Joachim and Princess Marie, enjoying their summer holiday in France at Chateau de Cayx, sold their impressive mansion on fashionable Emiliekildevej in Klampenborg. The sale is confirmed by information in the Land Registry, and Joachim and Marie can be well satisfied with the sale price of DKK 44 million. Prince Joachim and Princess Marie have had the mansion on Emiliekildevej since 2014, and then it became theirs for DKK 34,500,000.
The 47-year-old newly appointed CEO of the insurance giant Tryg, Johan Kirstein Brammer, has taken over the 344 square meters that the home on the over 2,500 square meter plot near Øresund offers. Brammer is considered a big cannon in the insurance industry, and he paid almost ten million kroner more for the Emiliekildevej mansion than Prince Joachim paid for the house in 2014.
