I am glad to see how Charlene is enjoying the event! She looks relaxed and happy. Whatever the tabloids are writing this doesn't look like their relationship is so bad.

Is there some signaling going on with Charlene and her hair color? It was brown in September and now back to a blond shade. I recall that she's done that before. I like her features with blonde hair; it seems to suit her complexion.

She certainly looks better than she has in a very long time. I agree that blonde suits her.
ETA - It sounds like Albert approves of Alexandre helping "promote" Monaco. It seems like an unofficial coming out. I don't think it's bad - let's consider that the rest of this family has never been wholesome or camera-shy. I do think it's rude that they referred to Alexandre's mom as Albert's mistress. He was not married nor was she when they dated. She just wasn't a hot, blonde model who resembled his mother (that's always the angle the press loved - who is he going to marry who looks JUST.LIKE.GRACE).
Also, when Jazmin first came into the public eye, she was EVERYWHERE with nauseating headlines about how she resembled her famous grandmother (Grace Kelly), ie not at all. It's something to sell magazines.
