The color is gorgeous on her, and the bottom half of the dress, the skirt, is beautiful, but the top is ridiculous and even the model doesn't look good in it.
Poor design on top. Rest of it lovely, on both model and Eugenie. Her hair looks great for this look.

You have to learn what works and doesn't on your body type Eug. But the color is nice and she is willing to try new ideas. In theory her body would really take to bespoke draping just not this.
