Princess Eugenie and Julia de Boinville, founders of @TASC_org spoke at an Anti-Slavery Day talk in the Oxford Town hall yesterday. The event included insight from survivors of modern slavery who discussed the impact of the horrific crime. https://twitter.com/OxfordCity

ANDREW DENTON: Yes. What did... When you first met, what did you see in each other? CROWN PRINCE FREDERIK: What did we see in each other? We saw... Well, it's a bit hard. It's a bit blurry, in a way, because it was just after the Olympics had started and it was one of those evenings where...

She started working for Hauser & Wirth back in 2015 and AFAIK still does. One does have to wonder how she's able to balance working in London and living in Portugal. Then again how much time does Jack spend in Portugal for his job?
As you said, it probably doesn't matter at this moment as UK maternity leave is up to 52 weeks. Even if she started as early as you can (11 weeks before baby is due) she could still be off until spring of 2024.

Philip, too may have left an inheritance but that may have been more in the form of "possessions" than actual money. The Queen ... well. She will have had the best advice on leaving bequests but much of her estate will have gone to Charles as next in line. I tend to speculate, Andrew & Sarah established trusts from which B & E draw a regular income, and they live on that, their earnings from their play jobs & their husbands' earnings. (Which also must be fairly significant, given their connections.)

Jack and Gene split their time between the UK and Portugal. Supposedly they have rented Nott Cott as their UK base. Genie was going back and forth for her job before Ernie was born but as stated will be on maternity leave for quite awhile yet. Their home in Portugal is comped as part of Jack's job, I believe. The picture they released on their fifth anniversary was most likely taken in Portugal. Both girls have funds set up from Andrew and Sarah's divorce settlement, and quite possibly something from the Queen Mum. I would think however, that while the bulk of HLM's estate has to pass down to Charles, she set up trust funds for the other grands too. Someone will have to dig deeper, but both couples seem comfortably off. Of the two men, Edo will come out as the more wealthy I think.

It doesn't matter how old you get, buying snacks for a road trip should always look like an unsupervised 9-year-old was given $100. Anonymous

I've wondered how they fun their lifestyles. They wear expensive designer clothes and run with a posh crowd. Before marriage, did they live almost rent free on royal grounds?

They shared a flat in St. James, I believe Andrew took care of the rent. Paying for digs in London was what was done for Kate and Pippa by the Middletons too. It goes with the territory of that class.

I’ve been googling for info about their trust funds. Looks like in 1995 QEQM set up trusts for her great-grandchildren (at the time there were 6 of them). The bulk of the 19M she used was for William and Harry (14M between the two) while 5M was for the rest. Depending on the language the 5M was either split between Peter, Zara, Beatrice, and Eugenie alone or also went on to include Samuel, Arthur, and Charles who were born before her death. Margarita, Louise, and James were born after which can makes trusts a bit complicated depending on the wording. Best case the girls receive 1.25M each for QEQM and worse case 500k…before interest of course.
When Andrew and Sarah divorced 1.4M was put into a trust for the girls.
Current values would depend on when the began receiving income, when the gained access to the principal, and how much they’ve spent. But basically it looks like in the mid 90s each was allocated trusts that at the time were valued between 1.2M and 1.95M.
An impressive chunk of change for you and I but with the way this lot can live it could be used up quicker than they realize.

Going off topic a bit, but I've never ever understood why QEQM gave the bulk of her trust fund money to William and Harry. At best, it should have been divided equally among the grandkids. At worst, I think the other grandchildren deserved a bigger share. JMHO.

Considering the age QEQM grew up in my guess is that she expected the great-granddaughters would be supported by their husbands while of the great-grandsons William and Harry would be expected to live very different lifestyles than Peter. Plus, at least, Peter and Zara would have the potential to have careers.
But that’s all just a guess.

I’m pretty sure Harry himself said shortly after Mexit he did not receive any money from the Queen Mum. So any of them getting from her could be a fib. She died owing debts the late Queen had to pay off for her.

Harry also said he's not touched a cent he was left from Diana. And that Charles "eventually" cut him off so that's why he had to pair with Netflix. So not sure how much is true from Harry. Because they were in talks with media platforms before they even left the family fold with Charles still footing their bills. As for the Yorks, who the hell knows.... they had shady deals ($$$) but Sarah has had low points with money as well, and they all appear to spend as much as they're given. So with Charles tightening his brothers budget, who knows what's actually in the bank. The girls appear to have married men who have means, or at least ambition, so they both seem quite comfortable.

Could the Queen and Phillip have taken care of the Yorkies financially? Sarah is a hopeless cause once it comes to money.
