hmmm....

Didn't she try to topple Renier/Grace to secure the throne for her line of Grimaldi's? I read someplace she worked heavily against R/G with Monegasque and French media.

Somehow Antoinette's relationship with Renier/Grace reminded me heavily of Caroline <> Albert/Charlene.

Well, at least she championed animal protection and care.

PeDe, I  am not certain how much Princess Antoinette went ahead with her plans to have her brother replaced.

Alexandre Noghes was the husband of Princess Antoinette.

In 1943, after the Nazis replaced Mussolini's fascists as the occupying force, Princess Antoinette took up with a German officer.
She intended to marry him. Her grandfather Prince Louis II intervened.
He decreed "this young girl will not marry anyone as long as the war continues".
