Frankly, I would like to see tiaras with at least some colored jewels on everyone but Kate. I think with her dark hair, Kate can carry off any pure-diamond tiara, but those with lighter hair color would look best with some rubies or emeralds or sapphires or even amethysts among the diamonds.  Certainly there are enough tiaras in the vault to satisfy those requirements.
