On 18 June 2024, the youngest daughter of Mabel and (deceased) Friso, Zaria celebrated her 18th birthday.
Zaria was born Countess Joanna Zaria Nicoline Milou of Orange-Nassau of Amsberg on 18 June 2006 in London. She still lives in Hammersmith district, although her mother has a house in the Netherlands.
She has one older sister, Luana. Luana and Zaria come into the picture every now and then
When Zaria is six years old, her father, Prince Friso, is in a serious accident. One and a half years later, he died, making Zaria and her sister grow up largely without a father.
Zaria and her sister Luana are not in line with the Dutch succession because their parents did not ask the State Council permission to their marriage. She is Countess of Orange-Nassau and Jonkvrouw van Amsberg. In practice, she will not use these titles much.
The young lady has no less than five godparents. Her uncle, King Willem-Alexander; her aunt, Nicoline Wisse-Smit (whoever she is named); Prince Jaime, the second son of Princess Irene; Maria Luano and Ruben Amerling, who were both good friends of her parents at the time.
There is not much known about the sisters. A while ago a photo of her sister Luana appeared on social media from the Seven Oaks school. In 2023, she appeared again in a group photo and also in several other photos. Luana is concerned with art and sport. One of the magazines of the school showed a work of art by Luana. There is a chance that Zaria will go to school there, but that is not certain. There is no photo of her on social media accounts and the school's magazines.
We haven't seen sisters in public for years. In 2013, a number of times and in 2018 they were present at the celebration of Princess Beatrix's 80th birthday.
Until last year when Luana went with the king and queen, Amalia and Alexia to Max Verstappen.
Zaria went out with her mother Mabel and grandma Beatrix last June (2023). Together they were present at the opening of the 76th edition of the Holland Festival.
