Hola has a new article describing the nods to the couple's former life as Egyptian Pharaoh and Märtha as his Queen and the meaning of their monogram. It's not really suprising as they really believe in their former life.

I thought this was an ankh symbol at first so I could see that

I feel like ancient Egyptian ruler is the past life believers version of great- great- grandma was a Cherokee Princess.

Pretty much, Eliza.

These two just make my radar ping like crazy. They're noisome and obnoxious.

Whenever people claim they had past lives --it's always as an Egyptian pharaoh and queen.  EVERYone in ancient Egypt must have been a king, then, based on these numbers.

It is just ridiculous!
But there are lots of people out in the world who are believing the same, let them if they are happy with it!

But, most of them don't make a big international fuss about it, keep in their niche. That, for me, is the most annoying part of that big wedding. And I fear that they will make a business out of that, shamanism, angel talking and at the same time selling clothes, handbags or cosmetics from the label "Hest".

That is IMO so low down.
Sadly enough I can imagine that lots of people will buy their products and there will be clients of the Shaman who believe in him.
I hope I'm wrong, but it could happen.

If everyone was a pharoah in their past lives, who made the shoes and who took out the garbage back then? Also, most pharaoahs married and begat children incestuously. Not a good beginning for a marriage . . . .

I would have definitely been a peasant in a former life. I'm not wealthy enough

I wonder which of the two siggested the pharoah idea first. Of course, the would not have been commoners. I also wonder why she is wearing a watch with her wedding dress, odd piece of jewellery to have on unless sentimental.

Yup, I was a peasant...but then again one choice and both Durex and ML would have been peasants in a previous life and I could have been Pharaoh....

G Smiley

You are welcome.

Another source would be History Channel.....very long ago it was interesting, but nowadays they are about aliens, conspiracy and such.

These days I enjoy the following Weird Al parody:

There is more to come, I am sure. This is the beginning of their career as "influencers". What else is left for them to earn money?
