All three girls seem very sad to me. Having Charles Spencer's revolving wives can be fairly tiring.
I don’t follow the Spencer family much but just read that Charles Spencer’s youngest is Charlotte Diana. I guess it doesn’t matter really but it’s odd to me that Will and Kate also have Charlotte Diana. Maybe the Elizabeth thrown in there makes a difference.

I always wonder with these similar names in high society, if doesn't get boring. I mean it's not forbidden to name your child like a cousin, aunt etc., but frankly I would want for my child to have it's own name.

Not just you. Agreed. They look like 40ish women trying to look younger, in the middle of a wretched divorce, trying to recapture their lost youth with botox and sexy clothes that are age inappropriate, looking hard, jaded but like they want to show they are cool and having a really great time, despite the mess and drama in their lives, and oh, looking for a young hottie in his twenties so they have their cougar credentials. Oh, wait. They ARE in their twenties . . . smh

Well considering their haphazard upbringing with all the disfunction in that family, I would expect nothing better of them. It's multigenerational family disfunction dating back to Diana's parents and maybe even grandparents.

From what I've read, Johnnie's father was a wife beater. We all know what Frances' mother did. I'm amazed Sarah and Jane have turned out as well as they have. Diana and Cahrles never stood a chance at a normal life after Frances left.

We don't know how damaged Sarah and Jane are - they wisely decided not to go public with their ordeal that they had the wrong gender.

Wait, what?? Not the modern-day discussion, I don't think... but that they were born girls to a man that needed a son to carry the lineage and title.

The current Lord Spencer was the second son, the much wanted first son died within 24 hours of birth

Princess Charlotte was born 3 years later. It seems a tad unfortunate, though. Both girls were named after Diana Spencer, but one after her father Charles and the other likely for her Grandfather and perhaps for another Queen Charlotte in history...
