I like Sophie's outfit, but I am not crazy about the color.

I have to agree - I love the whole outfit but can’t say I love the colour. One thing Sophie will be today is nice and cool as it’s super hot today. I feel for the men in suits

I'm very bored of beige. Sorry, Soph. Edward looks good. Anne is the best of the bunch - practical yet appropriate. Zara is Zara as usual. Mike needs to ditch the goatee/beard, it makes him look at least ten years older than he is.

There was a photo of Princess Anne leaving an event last night.  I could have sworn it was a NEW DRESS.  And today!  I think it's another NEW DRESS!  Yes?  No?  She looks fab!

I like beige to a degree but I find that it washes Sophie out. I wish that she had a hint more colour, like perhaps the dress could have been blush or peach. Either way, she will at least be a lot cooler than those poor men in their dapper suits - it looks hot out.

How exciting that Ascot is back!

I can't say that I think any of them look their best!  Sophie's dress, while presumably cooler and airy, looks far too big and untailored...like she's playing dress up.  I'm sure Anne looks good but her sunglasses are all I see!  I thought Camilla's striped coat dress was actually nice looking, and she took a leaf from Mathilde's book and has a matching mask!   Thumb up

Sophie looks very on brand and I don't mind the color because it is a more champagne attempt at beige but a better bra would make the overall length and v-neck look less dowdy. The drape of that fabric is terrific. Anne is probably the most appropriately and practically dressed. I'm never with Zara and Mike winning the fashion stakes but her hats are often very cute like this one. I mostly want to see the queen and Camilla and Kate and the Yorkies because they will look either amazing or horribly bad (not the queen even if she wears an occasional dud).

Yay for Ascot being back!!!!!!  Jumping

I like Anne's look best of all.

Zara looks better than usual too, though I wish she'd try a different style of hat. She could go big and splashy but I can't remember her ever doing so. I agree with Lady Alice that Mike needs to lose the beard.

Edward, as always, looks dapper.

I like Sophie's dress, but I think it needs to be shorter. That midi length makes it look more cocktail dress than day dress.

Thanks for the photos Lady Adelaide!

I don’t like Sophie’s outfit at all. It’s too long and really just doesn’t flatter her figure. I agree with Princi that the color is not ideal for her either.

I don't mind the skirt on Sophie's dress, but don't care for the fit of the top. I also like pops of color when someone wears a neutral colored outfit like red or hot pink shoes and bag or hat.

Camilla's is my favorite outfit today. Great colors, looks comfortable. Great mask game.

I like Sophie's flowy dress, don't mind the color. But I do think Anne has the best ensemble but those awful sunglasses just ruin it, it's Ascot not the Tour de France!

Not a fan on anything style wise today.

Sophie can wear a loose dress no problem, and a pale color no problem, but the combination didn't work today.

I love polka dots, but even that couldn't get me to like Zaras dress.

Annes confused me.  The shift was tres chic actually, even the shoes are nice.  The blazer with scarf combo, i think too much with both, especially with that fussy hat, sporting sunglasses, and chain bag.  Lots going on. Im half her age and jealous of her legs!

Most of all it was nice seeing everyone out and about.  I'm looking forward to daily smiling faces doing the same ol same precovid events!!
