The cream outfit is quite nice. I think Victoria does a great job, she always seems pleasant and interested in what is going on. It's too bad she's still going on these foreign trips by herself.

Vicky at the Embassy tonight for dinner:

I like the overall style but not the shear sleeves.  She needs more makeup (color around her eyes) and I wish she'd wear her down.
