Have you seen what's happened to the faces of rich old ladies wanting to look young? Yeah. Fillers and botox cause long-term damage. Facelifts can be done under sedation or even local anesthesia, no general anesthesia required. Recovery time is extensive, but results last 10 to 15 years. Ultimately, a one-time facelift will cost less than constantly refilling your face with botox and fillers. Blood loss is improved with new techniques like injecting epinephrine which constricts blood vessels. Scarring is only a problem for women prone to keloid scarring, which can be remedied by laser resurfacing.
Maybe she doesn't need a facelift today, but she does need to lay off the fillers and botox.
Her Majesty should just get a facelift at this point. It's less damaging than fillers and botox and actually lasts a long time.
Sorry, but your information is incorrect. Fillers and botox cause NO damage, and are often referred to as 'a volumetric face lift' because the fillers are literally replacing what was there before. A cut and stitch facelift requires general anesthesia and a convalescence of 6-8 weeks, as they need to dissect away the muscle planes and re drape the muscles after shortening which leads to massive bruising and swelling. It also runs the risk of nerve damage, keloid scarring, infection, adverse reaction to general anesthesia and blood loss. That said, at some point a full on surgical lift will become the better alternative. But that is not today.
