Mrs Aldaoui is an exceptionel woman with a remarkable career she was the first woman appointed governor in history of Morocco by King Mohammed VI in 2014.
- first Moroccan woman magistrate at the Court of Auditors in 1984, then section president at the Court of Auditors from 1993 to 2004, she has been granted "exceptional magistrate" since 2004.
-appointed by King Mohammed VI as member of the Regionalization Advisory Commission (CCR),she was also member of the National Human Rights Council (CNDH) since 2011 and member of the High Authority for National Dialogue on the Reform of the Judicial System instituted in 2012.
-Founder of the International Forum of Women Leaders (Morocco section) in 2009, and was active in the forums "Moroccan women from here and elsewhere" (Brussels, Montreal and Abu Dhabi).
-appointed by King Mohammed VI Wali of the Souss-Massa region, governor of Agadir in October 2015 and Wali of the Gharb-Chrarda-Beni Hssen region, governor of Kénitra in January 2014.
-Poet and researcher in Islamic economics in this regards she animated a lecture in 2007 as part of the Ramadan religious lectures held by Mohammed VI in 2007 on the subject "safeguarding public funds in Islam",she also participated in the training of magistrates in the field of accounting justice and took part, regularly, in the training of officials of the territorial administration, as part of the program of the training and continuing education of the Ministry of the Interior.
