I had no idea either so I had to Google them.

Bernardo Guillermo is a nephew of former Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands. He is married to Eva Marie Valdez and she is accused of having an affair with an American musician (Thurston Moore) leading to him leaving his wife (Kim Gordon) and breaking up the famous rock band (Sonic Youth) they both were members of.

To my understanding Bernardo is named after his maternal grandfather prince Bernhard of the Netherlands. He is the oldest son of princess Christina (youngest sister of Beatrix) and ex-husband (Cuban) Jorge Guillermo. Bernardo has a younger brother and sister respectively named Nicolas and Juliana.

Bernardo, Nicolas and Juliana were the youngest grandchildren of deceased princess Juliana (former queen) and prince Bernhard of the Netherlands.
