ANDREW DENTON: Yes. What did... When you first met, what did you see in each other? CROWN PRINCE FREDERIK: What did we see in each other? We saw... Well, it's a bit hard. It's a bit blurry, in a way, because it was just after the Olympics had started and it was one of those evenings where...

Because in the army you go by you last name, which she does not have, so she goes by her second name, her father had HRH the crown prince on his uniform, she has chosen this solution. It seems it is mostly the press who calls her Ingrid Alexandra, those who know her only uses Ingrid, even the very formal Sonja.
Imo the NRF would benefit greatly if only she talked to the press the next months (not gonna happen of course), she sounds eloquent, charming, serious and dedicated all at once and like a poster girl for the army who has struggled with some bad cases of sexual harasment and boys will be boys environment reported in the press.

That is good PR, but she seems to be a very clever girl. She seems to be driven, but not over ambitious and she seems very friendly. Let's hope she is better at picking boyfriends/spouses than her dad and auntie.

Ingrid's natal chart has a strong potential of being gay or playing for both teams, I wonder if that will come out in the future and how that will effect the question og legimate children etc..

Sadly, I find it hard not to believe this is true. The crowd of rich entitled people she's exposed to and the crowd (including Marius thug friends) she probably parties with does not bode well for her future. It's possible in your 20's to make bad decisions (lawd knows I did) and still turn out OK, but not if you're the future queen. I didn't know she was living with her boyfriend, he's cute, educated and planning a good career, shame they broke up, he was probaly good for her. Yes, the whole family is JUST.....

Pure speculation to my ears.
It's the weirdest logic: Her step brother has a problem, therefore the son of lawyer (who ran in the same crowds long enough to start dating her) is too wholesome for her? Or she might shine a light on his own bad behavior? Which is it?

ITA. There are a whole lot of reasons for a breakup at that point, it's all speculation piled on from Marius' problems. On the other hand, weathering all this is good training, whatever life holds for her.

It’s easy to speculate but this is nothing but speculation.

Call me old-fashioned, but I think 18 (or 19) is too young to be living together, heiress or not.

I absolutely agree. So would my sister, who married at 19, and has lived to regret that choice.

And breaking up and moving back home is the most natural thing in the world, they are too young to be living together. It doesn’t require any druggy theories, it’s just kids being kids.

On the other hand, weathering all this is good training, whatever life holds for her. so according to this speculated absolute "truth" IA has a drug problem that her live in lover only discovered...after her half brother got caught in his dramas. yeah. wanna buy a bridge? on sale today. sounds like Daddy made him distance himself for his son's future. if he was genuine and the story was genuine and IA was genuinely had a 'drug problem' then as her live in lover he should have helped her get clean. Smells of vaulting ambition to me. G

I’m surprised people think there’s an age too young to live with someone. How are you supposed to decide this person is the one if you don’t live with them first?
