There was quite the discussion about that is he holding it - why is he asking his son to hold his cig outside the restaurant photo. There were many theories on it.

What kind of father asks his son to hold his sigarette? I would never do that, even if it's for just two seconds, even if my child says it's okay.
This gives a totally wrong message. And if he smokes, well it's very sad. I hope he will stop very fast. It's very cool to smoke, especially in the aristocratic/snobbish groups, most of them stops or only smoke occasionally. I did smoke at that kind of parties, occasionally. But I see a lot of friends struggling with cigarette and alcohol dependence, and it's very sad.
