The hair is ok,its not flyaway and matches her skin.
Does she sunbathe a lot?
She looks refreshed,strong and ready to work.

these are pictures that would show that maxima is really serious in her work. just look at the notes she has, she's taking notes and reading some too, while in the meeting. everytime i see her pictures, she's taking/reading notes in meetings, when she's cutting ribbons, she interacts with people.

She does not look well put together to me.
Bad hair, makeup and the outfit is actually very nice, but she's worn it as super slim, pregnant and post-pregnancy, so, I don't know, can't realte to it as much  Roll Eyes
