National Day celebrations At first I thought, "oh, that's actually a pretty dress on MT" and then saw the other pic showing it's a pants suit (((sigh))) she seems addicted to these now. Stephanie's look is ... well, it's an improvement on wearing that oddly cut Jolly Green Giant getup from yesterday and a nice dress. But it also sorta looks like a beach cover-up.

It is just me or does it looks like Claire has put on some weight. Mind it doesn't look bad on her.

With the surprising exception of Steph (who is unrumpled today), wth is going on with the sartorial choices of the women in this family here? Good Lord.

I thought that also a while ago when looking at the pictures of Alexandra's wedding. She is looking nice though.

I am not a fashion expert, but it is obvious how badly the Lux women are dressed. Especially MT again. She should consult a "style advisor", but maybe she is too proud, thinking she knows better.
Stephanie, I think, has never cared for fashion, that is not her priority. She is always beaming, so happy being a mother of two healthy beautiful little sons. She will have problems one day in representing her country because to me she looks like a woman who just wants to be a mother and not showing up a lot in public. That is speculation, but it is just my impression of watching her in the last years.

Claire looks dull but nice. The only other polite fashion remark I can make for this family is that Stef's bag is rather cute.
Royal women and bad bras continues to be a thing. It makes no sense!!!! I am a normal woman with no staff, dressers, designers on call or a 7 figure clothing budget. And yet, somehow I am able to go to Marks and Spencer and buy a bra that fits me. If I can do it, why can't the queens, princesses or duchesses of Europe?

Loved Stephanie's ``church'' outfit and thought the longer evening look was OK, but just OK. Her body is moving into matronly lines and that's OK for a mom of two who isn't that far postpartum. Somehow I don't get the impression she's much of an outdoor girl, and I'd rather see her radiant and happy and a little bit squishy through the middle than grim and panther sleek. Really like her hat. And she wears it with panache.

...maybe that is the problem. these women can't get or aren't allowed to get to M&S to get their brassiere. G

ANDREW DENTON: Yes. What did... When you first met, what did you see in each other? CROWN PRINCE FREDERIK: What did we see in each other? We saw... Well, it's a bit hard. It's a bit blurry, in a way, because it was just after the Olympics had started and it was one of those evenings where...

For a change she is looking decent. It would be better for her to wear more dresses instead of those awful pantsuits.
