I started learning german (I'm in the B1 level, but had to quit due to monetary restraints) just so I could go and visit their castles and understand as much as I can (some places restrict the amount of info they translate to other languages). I haven't gone yet, but I aim to in the next couple of years

Werniegerode Castle is located above the town of Werniegerode in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. Count Christian Ernest had the castle rebuilt as a schloss in a Baroque style.
