Callenburg Castle became the property of Duke Johann Casimir of Saxe-Coburg in 1588. Until 1945 the castle was the summer residence of the Dukes of Coburg. The castle is in Coburg, Germany.

Biebrich Palace is in the city of Wiesbaden, Hesse, Germany. It was built in 1702 by Orince Georg August Samuel of Nassau-Idstein.

Weilburg Castle is a Baroque schloss in Weilburg, Hesse, Germany. Construction was begun by Philip III, Count of Nassau-Weilburg.

Burghausen Castle is near Burghausen in Upper Bavaria, Germany. 
Burghausen Castle served as a sovereign castle under the Bavarian Wittelsbachs.   
From 1255 to 1503, the castle was the family residence and treasury of the Lower Bavarian dukes.
