I wonder if outdoor events in the fresh air are healthier for her than indoor events, particularly in the winter time when a building may be overheated. I really don’t know very much about her illness, but from what I’ve heard it can be very, very nasty, particularly the end stages.

Wow what misses sartorially!

The Icelandic President is easily the best dressed. While I appreciate IA wanting to recycle, this dress makes her look frumpy and is too old for her. Her hair also looks quite flat and as though it was an afterthought.

Sonia looks OK but I wouldn't have worn emeralds with a yellow dress and blue sash.

I'm sorry but MM looks smug, smug, smug. With unfortunate darts on her dress that makes it look like she's wearing a Madonna conical bra.

A pity because all, especially IA, looked fantastic during the day.

MM does have unusual taste in outfits.  Undressed compared to Sonja and I-A during the day and weird puffy sleeved gown with overly heavy draping material and funky burgundy flowers.  Thought I-A looked very nice for both day and night except her hair with the tiara.  The down, loose look is fine, it’s the bangs floppily framing her face that ruins the look for me.

I get that, Maria.  I hoped Harald would have displayed some behind the scene guts to slow some recent events way down.  I’m still ever-hopeful for I-A to get out from her parents’ clutches and think for herself, for the her future role as Queen.  Set the right feet forward early and not become her parents.
