I remember reading about how the late queen rehearsed for her coronation by traipsing around in a ballroom at Buckingham Palace, I think. She had a bedsheet for a mantle but I think she wore the real crown. I'm amazed some enterprising person hasn't managed to sneak some surreptitious cell phone footage of wherever Charles is rehearsing. It would be interesting to see. Do you think he's walking around wearing the crown? Either one is quite heavy so so practice wearing them surely must be needed. And I wonder where the various kids -- i.e. Charles' and Cam's pages-- are rehearsing. Has the abbey been closed to visitors yet?
