October 5, 2018, The Countess of Wessex hosted OSCAR Foundation's U-17 girls football team at the Windsor Castle in Berkshire. The Indian Under-17 Women's football team is comprised of girl players from Mumbai slums and rural parts of Jharkhand. The Organization for Social Change Awareness and Responsibility (OSCAR) Foundation has used football to address community issues in the Ambedkar Nagar slum, Mumbai since 2006. With a strong focus on education, OSCAR aims to break the cycle of substance abuse, gambling and early marriage.

Not one of her better looks, but not the worst either. I do like the sweater though.

I think so too. She dresses so much better than her nieces in law.

I agree. I love her style most of the time, her colour choices, everything. I grew up in the Eighties so I still find midi length beautiful :-) and hope it will come back into fashion again. I like the skirt as well as the sweater. I'm not so sure about the boots though.

November 6, 2018, The Countess of Wessex attended a commemorative service at St Martin-in-the-Fields Church, held in honour of police officers who died in London in the First World War. During the World War 1, more than 4,000 police officers were either re-called or volunteered for the military, while 18,000 served as London's first line in defence. In the conflict, 360 police officers were killed in action.

She always looks good.  Not fond of the boots, but the navy coat is a slam dunk.

November 12, 2018, The Countess of Wessex opened the restored Royal Victoria Chapel at the Royal Victoria Country Park in Netley, Hampshire. The Chapel at Royal Victoria Country Park is opened to the public following a £3.5m restoration. The Chapel is all that remains of the Royal Victoria Hospital (aka Netley Hospital). The Royal Victoria Hospital was built in 1856 and served the British military for over a century.

The best day’s work Eddie ever did, was marrying Sophie.  The second best day’s work he ever did was get her to agree to marry him.

She seems to be one of the more hard working royals. BRF is lucky to have her.

Completely agree.
