This is still such a taboo subject. How amazing for her to speak on it. She’s amazing.

The Countess of Wessex took to the basketball court in Finsbury Park, to take part in the first of @britwheelbball’s new wheelchair basketball courses.

As Patron of British Wheelchair Basketball, The Countess joined young athletes on the court, and put her skills to the test.

Wheelchair basketball is a fast paced sport that allows non-disabled and disabled people to compete together.

What a phenomenal outing!  Well done Sophie!  I didn't realize that there were wheelchair basketball teams that allowed disabled & nondisabled to compete together, but it makes perfect sense and I'm glad I know this now!

This silhouette is so much more flattering to her than some of the things she's been wearing recently!  Great shade for her, also!

She looks stunning in that shade of blue and the dress fits perfectly. She should have worn that dress to Ascot. She looks best in cool tones vs earth tones. I have similar coloring and olive green makes me look dead.

I like her needs-a-haircut quarantine tresses. She’s like us!
